How can I get help for my Mac?

To get support for your Mac, you can reserve a seat with Apple's Authorized Service Provider. Make sure you know your Apple ID and password before posting. Depending on where you receive a service, you may be able to check the status of your repair online.

 

Hardware service may no longer be available for older Macs. Contact your local provider for information on available service options.
