Knowledge
In
all jobs, the more experience you have, the more you get paid. There is no
specific site service. Your job requires a lot of on-the-job training, keeping
up with new technologies in the industry, building customer relationships, and
understanding both the ins and outs of fieldwork. Knowledge is extremely useful
for an employer in a rapidly changing industry.
First, a relevant step will go a long way. GED is the minimum level of education required for site service engineering, but qualifications will never hurt, and may increase your salary.
