Initial requirements:
You can choose from 4 routes: Communication for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Integrated Communications (UC), Information Center (CC) and Data. You have to pass the test for the path you want. Tests cost $ 125 per head. Training is available but not essential.

Ongoing requirements:
The certificate is valid for 2 years and is open to the public and is available in the four areas of Avaya solutions: communication for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), Unified Communications (UC), Information Center (CC) and data.
